1. Crusher
The crusher is mainly used for preliminary processing of light calcium carbonate. The structure is relatively simple, the area is small, and the crushing ratio is large. It can be crushed to the grinding powder feeding range. It is an indispensable processing equipment in the grinding production line.
2. Flour mill
The pulverizer is an important equipment in the light calcium carbonate production line. Commonly used are Raymond pulverizers, high-strength pulverizers, ultra-fine pulverizers and other models.
- The finished product processing particle size is between 80-400, if the capital demand is small, you can choose the Raymond mill. There are 3r, 4r, 5r, 6r and other series to choose from. (R represents the number of grinding rollers, the greater the hardness of the material, the greater the number of grinding rollers required).
- If you have more delicate requirements on the quality of the finished product, and the budget is sufficient, you can choose an ultra-fine mill, which can usually be processed into any size above 600 mesh.
- The high-strength mill can produce 30-80 mesh coarse powder, which is an upgraded version of Raymond mill.Only by fully understanding the various components of the equipment can the production cost be reduced to the greatest extent and the ideal product requirements can be achieved.
