The production process of calcium hydroxide processing equipment is to crush qualified block calcium oxide through a jaw crusher to a particle size of about 40mm, and send it to the calcium hydroxide storage tank through a bucket elevator, and then quantitatively transport it into the first-level digester , carry out the preliminary reaction, and then enter the secondary or tertiary digester for reaction, and no smoke and dust will be emitted during the reaction.

After the completion of the digestion reaction, the calcium hydroxide product enters the powder concentrator to complete the classification of product impurities and fineness. After completing the classification and optimization, the finished product enters the finished product storage tank through the conveyor and the elevator for packaging.
